A new shopping mall with apartment units is expected to be constructed soon at the Burns Creek area, East Honiara.
A huge billboard showing details of the new development revealed that more than 140 shopping units and 52 apartments will be featured in this new proposed development.
A developer named Capital Park Corp Ltd is expected to kick off construction work on the area.
The advertisement also call for interested businesses and people who wants to lease or rent any of the shopping units and apartments.
A number of Honiara residents, it good to see some of these developments taking place to ensure there is a spread of services in the city.
Another shopping mall is also being planned for the Henderson at a site infront of the Honiara domestic terminal.
