OFC: The stage is set for the 2025 OFC Futsal Men’s Cup in Fiji, with the official draw confirming a blockbuster opening match between defending OFC Men’s Futsal Nations Cup champions New Zealand and reigning OFC Futsal Men’s Cup holders Solomon Islands.
The five-nation tournament will take place from 20–24 September at Suva’s Vodafone Arena, following the draw held at the OFC Home of Football, Te Kahu o Kiwa in Auckland on Tuesday.
Over five action-packed days, two matches will be played daily, with each team receiving one bye. OFC Associate Member Tuvalu, making their long-awaited return to the competition after last appearing in 2011, sit out the opening day before facing New Zealand in their first fixture.
New Zealand, Oceania’s representatives at last year’s FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan, will be joined in the round-robin format by hosts Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu. The tournament winner will be decided on total points accumulated, with goal difference and then goals scored serving as tiebreakers if required.
