Solomon Islands will host the round 4 matches of the OFC Pro-League from March 14 to 19th in Honiara.
This was announced recently by OFC media recently when confirming the host nations of the first ever OFC Pro-League.
This announcement alone is a big new for Solomon Islands as more of the local football fans were eager to watch the Pro and matches at the home soil.
Star sports understands that more of the local football who does not able to watch these matches online on FIFA+ are patiently waiting for this moment when the round 4 matches will be played at the National Stadium in Honiara.
So far the OFC Pro-League round 1 matches are currently underway in Auckland, New Zealand.
Papua New Guinea will host the round 2 matches, round 3 matches will be held in Australia, round 4 in Honiara, Solomon Islands, round 5 matches will be in Fiji before round 6 and the finals back to New Zealand.
The Solomon Islands representatives, Solomon Kings have kicked off their campaign in the first ever OFC Pro-League on Sunday with a 1-0 victory over the PNG Hekari FC and bagging their first 3 points of the inaugural OFC Pro-League season.
Up next, the Solomon Kings will face the Australian side South Melbourne this Wednesday at the Eden Park in New Zealand.
