The Solomon Islands Rugby Union Federation (SIRUF) is proud to announce its partnership with Credit Corporation Solomon Islands as the official naming rights sponsor for the Secondary School Boys 15s Competition 2025.
Speaking on the partnership, SIRUF VP Technical Moses Tepai said: “We have witnessed yet another historic moment for rugby in the Solomon Islands, we are truly blessed that Credit Corporation has stepped in to support us as well to put rugby as a funding future to implement your vision and mission. I would like to emphasis on the impact of sponsorship; credit corporation has been sponsoring 7s competition and the recent RUA team who crowned campion in Wallis and Futuna was the impact of such partnership where SIRUF host and credit corporation sponsored.”
Credit Corporation Ronald Prasad, Country Manager added: “It is a proud moment for Credit Corporation to once again partner with SIRUF in sponsoring the Secondary School Boys 15s Competition.

This competition marks a significant step forward in developing rugby pathways in the Solomon Islands, with a strong focus on nurturing the next generation of players while promoting the core values of the sport, discipline, respect, integrity, passion, and solidarity.
Set to kick off on Friday, 5th September 2025, the opening match will see Koloale CHS face off against White River CHS – 4:00 PM at the Town Ground Rugby Stadium, promising an exciting start to the competition.
The competition will feature some of the best emerging talents from secondary schools in Honiara, providing them with a platform to showcase their skills and passion for the game while preparing them for higher-level competitions.
