Solomon Power has proudly donated training sleeves to the Solomon Islands National Under-16 Men’s Football Team ahead of the upcoming tournament, as part of its continued commitment to nation-building and community service obligations.
The donation was officially handed over by the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Joshua Tuasulia, on Saturday, 16th August 2025.
This initiative underscores Solomon Power’s dedication to investing in the future leaders of our country.
The training sleeves will play a vital role in the team’s preparations as they gear up for the regional tournament.
Beyond the practical benefits, the donation also serves as a morale booster for the young athletes proudly representing the nation.
The contribution was warmly received by the team and coaching staff, with Head Coach Henry Fa’arodo expressing sincere appreciation for the timely support.
“On behalf of the Solomon Islands Football Federation, coaching staff, and the playing squad of the Men’s National U-16 team – we would like to say thank you to Solomon Power for your timely support and assistance towards our U-16 Championship campaign.
“Your continuous support of football, especially in the youth space, has been both positive and encouraging. We are very grateful,” said Coach Fa’arodo.
Solomon Power remains steadfast in its commitment to empower and prepare our youth—the future leaders of the Solomon Islands—to be fit, disciplined, and purposeful, whether in football, other sports, or any chosen path in life.
Wishing our very own U-16 team and all participating Pacific Island Nation teams the very best as they compete in this prestigious tournament. May this event not only highlight the immense talent and potential of our youth but also foster friendship, unity, and respect among our Pacific neighbors.
