Dear Editor – I would like to take a space to register my concern with one of the bMobile stores service.
The Store is located on the ground floor of central plaza towards the market end close to the ANZ ATM machine.
It is red in colour and they do selling of phones and top ups as well.
On Tuesday this week lunch time, I went there and was waiting to do a top-up.
A customer, an Asian came in frustrated saying to the girl (curly blonde) that he paid $20 for a top up in the morning but no credits were received.
The girl scrolled through her phone and there was no top up made therefore quietly transferred the credit to the Asian without saying any apology.
It was my turn so I write down my phone number and gave $10. I went back to my office and waited for the rest of the day and received no credits.
I knew these employees were intentionally doing these mistakes to cheat customers of their money. I am sure there are others who were victims of these cheaters.
I went back yesterday morning and told that girl, do your job and stop this cheating practice.
I urge the bMobile bosses to remove cheaters who would paint a bad picture to your service.
For now, I warn people to not go there because if you leave after writing down your number, there will be a chance of you not getting any credits.
There are a lot of top-up services, so use those with genuine intentions.
