THE visiting US Navy and Military Brass band surprises the youths at the youth market festival which enters its second day yesterday.
It was a thrilling one hour show at the Rove Police ground when the visiting friends took the youths away with their mixture of the different genres.
A young youth that was interviewed by this paper yesterday described the show as the best that the youth market ever produced since the festival started on Tuesday.
“When the band started off with their music, I felt like I was watching UB40 live when they played their intro.
“The US Navy band is what makes me wanted to come to this festival because I knew they will display something different from our style of music.
“This is the best if I may rate the bands that came to this event to perform so far,” the young boy said.
Members of the band were also seen enjoying every bit of the show as they danced with some of the youths that went to watch the exciting show yesterday.
The US Navy and Military personals were here as part of the Pacific Partnership program 2015 on board the Military Sealift Command’s joint high speed vessel USNS Millinocket (JHSV 3) which arrived in the capital last week.
