THE Democratic Coalition for Change (DCC) government policy formulating team is still working on the document according to the Special Secretary to the Prime Minister.
Rence Sore could not reveal the time expected to complete the document.
Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare immediately after his election on December 8 last year assured the nation that the DCC government will produce the document within 50 days.
From then to today, DCC has 11 more days to fulfill the Prime Minister’s assurance.
This week, the DCC policy formulating team received a report from Forum Solomon Islands International to factor into the document and an input from Transparency Solomon Islands (TSI) to help set up an Independent Commission against Corruption (ICAC).
Special Secretary to Prime Minister (SSPM), Rence Sore had welcomed the report of FSII and willingness of TSI to assist the government to fight corruption in the country.
