THE Youth Week of Prayer will end on Sunday at Kukum Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Vura Adventist Youth leader Kenneth Oliver told Solomon Star that the programme will conclude with a ministerial work to visit church members on Sunday 26th March.
Youth Week of Prayer is a global event of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
The theme to this year’s event is “The Reformation that Change the World”.
Mr Oliver said the theme reflected on the need for believers to reach out to young people in the streets and bring them to join the church.
He said since the programme started on March 18ththey have invited many young people to join the Youth Week of Prayer programmes and Bible studies.
“It is one way of keeping the youth busy with important things in life and keep them away from criminal activities,” Mr Oliver said.
Meanwhile, Mr Oliver invite young people to join the Youth Week of Prayer Saturday programme at Kukum SDA Church.
