Members of the Brisbane Roar’s Isuzu UTE A-League men’s team have arrived in Honiara this afternoon.
The team arrived onboard Solomon Airlines and were welcomed at the Honiara International Airport.
They are here to take part in the inaugural PacificAus Sports Challenge from 1 October to 5 October.
While in Honiara the team will engage in a number of community activities, as well as face off against the Solomon Islands senior national team at the National Stadium in Honiara this weekend.
The team will be undergoing their first training run this afternoon at the National Stadium.
