A TOTAL of 372 participants are attending the weeklong 2025 Solomon Islands Mission (SIM) Ministers Conference in Honiara this week.
Most of the participants include; Pastors, VIAs [Volunteer In Action], Ministers, Bible Workers, Facilitators and their spouses.
Most of the church workers came from most of the provinces around the country.
Of the total 73 are females and 299 males, the SIM Adventist Communications Unit confirmed in a statement.
The conference commenced on Tuesday 4th at the Maranatha Conference Centre in Lunga, east of Honiara and will conclude this weekend.
The program since its commencement has been packed with interesting programs, discussions and sessions.
“From the Western, Central, and Northern regions, as well as the Honiara districts, ministers, pastors, VIAs, Bible workers, and facilitators have come together. This gathering is a time for spiritual renewal, learning, and recommitment to God’s mission,” the statement pointed out.

The highlight of this weekend’s final program will be the launch of this year’s theme: “I WILL GO TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH – HERE AM I, LORD SEND ME.”
The theme is part of the church’s five year plan set by the General Conference of Adventist Church to share God’s final message to the world.
It’s about saying “yes” to God’s calling, wherever it may lead, it was highlighted.
“This conference reminded every one of the great call to serve God wherever He leads,” the statement said.
The official launch is scheduled for this Friday evening, March 7th 2025 at Maranatha.
This week’s event is also extra special because 64 spouses are also part of the conference under the ‘Partners in Ministry’, making it an extra blessing for this exciting spiritual event.
“For the first time in history, spouses have been invited, recognizing their crucial role in ministry and support,” the statement added.
The women under the guidance of Mrs. Roselee Liligeto have taken time to reflect on God’s work in their lives and shared experiences of supporting their husbands in God’s ministry.
Members of the church are invited and welcomed to witness this evening’s launch program.
