The missing link between leaders and citizens is facilitating a meaningful dialogue over issues of common interest, says the Malaita Provincial Premier Daniel Suidani.
The Malaita Provincial Premier since taking office in 2019 has been responding to invitations from communities around Malaita Province for dialogue and information sharing sessions with his people.
Following a recent visit to the Baegu Asifola electorate last week, yesterday the Premier was responding to a request from the people of West Kwaio for a dialogue and information sharing session.
The information sharing session was held successfully at the Kwalilugna Market yesterday morning which was attended by people from Ward 27 and Ward 28 respectively.
The people of Ward 27 and Ward 28 commend Premier Suidani and his visiting delegation for humbling themselves by coming down to the people.
The Premier delegation consisted of the Finance Minister, Nelson Lenty, Minister of Agriculture Claudio Teefii, and Political Advisor Celsus Talifilu.
The visit to West Kwaio yesterday marks the second time Premier Suidani and his team have responded positively to the request of the people of West Kwaio for an information sharing session.
