ONE of the many factors to achieving success in an organisation is having the right people at the forefront of operations.
During the recent Fiji Business Excellence Awards better business conference at the Holiday Inn in Suva, Vodafone Fiji managing director Aslam Khan urged business leaders to recruit the best people.
He said business success was about finding, engaging and keeping the right people.
“The whole business excellence framework revolves around people to make it successful,” he said.
“Surround yourself with champions. You will never fail. Even recruit people smarter than you. The idea is to get the job done and not to do it all by yourself.”
Vodafone Fiji was the 2013 Presidents Award for Business Excellence winner.
