THE Malaita football Association in Auki is yet to set a date for the important SIFF grass root coaching training next month.
The training program is made possible between Malaita Football Association and Solomon Islands Football Federation to input the coaching knowledge to interested football men and women in Malaita province.
The coaching training will be facilitated by SIFF technical director Felipe Vega from Laliga of Spain in Europe.
This will be first time for Malaita province to receive the experiences Spanish coaching trainer to train rural football coaches in Malaita province.
Malaita football secretary Nelson Ata said the Malaita football Association is yet to confirm a date for the important coaching training.
He said due to the Solomon Game schedules the Malaita football association is decided on a date after the Solomon Cup on July this year.
He said interested participants are asked to listen out for date for the one week coaching training program in Auki.
He said those who are interested must meet the followings-
Willing to do coaching for children 6-12 years old, commtt to attend four (4) hours per day for % consecutive days of training, capacity to read and write giving assignments.
Participant will meet their own accommodation, food, and other cost.
At the end of the coaching course, successful participant will issue with SIFF MA Grassroots coaching certificates.
