ONE of the country’s talented forwards, has been tipped to return to his former Ba team in Fiji for the 2024 season.
Unconfirmed reports reaching Star Sports said, “Darold Kakasi is moving back to Ba from Solomon Islands for 2024 Season.”
The youngster played an important role as striker and also played as left and right winger.
Kakasi rejoined the Men in Black last year for the completion of the 2023 season.
After leaving Laugu United in the Telekom S-League, Kakasi made the decision to rejoin Ba last year where he had previously achieved great success.
The player’s experience and skill will undoubtedly be an asset as Ba strives to reach new heights in the league.
Kakasi joined Ba in early 2022 before returning to Solomon Islands and featured for Waneagu United, showcasing his abilities and contributing to his new team’s performance.
After his stint with Waneagu United, Kakasi joined Laugu United, where he continued to display his scoring prowess and make significant contributions on the field.
During his previous tenure with Ba in 2022, Kakasi had the opportunity to participate in the prestigious OFC Champions League.
Representing the Men in Black, he demonstrated his capabilities on the continental stage, leaving a lasting impression with his performances.
